Business case

ACT Systems were approached by Adnovate Clinical in October 2022 to provide IT support services. They were currently handling their IT management internally and were looking to ensure that they had robust IT solutions in place covering security, support, and compliance. ​

ACT has broadened our IT tools, improved our management and filing system, and implemented a security system according to our industry compliance regulations. ACT provides regular IT support in multiple ways, very quickly and efficiently. ACT staff is easy to reach, to communicate with, personable, and quick to act effectively on our technology issues. Solution

It was important that our solution was flexible and able to adjust to the internal staffing structure and IT requirements at Adnovate Clinical. ACT Systems were able to assess these needs and tailor our offering specifically to meet them, utilising Microsoft’s Modern Workplace that covered all the key areas including Emails, Security, Backup and Recovery, Compliance, Document Management and Storage, and IT Support.

One of the key changes needing to take place, was the implementation of a modern document management and storage system. In this area we were able to work closely with Adnovate Clinical, demonstrating various suitable solutions and coming to a decision with the input of the client, to ensure that the solution matched their needs and expectations.

Another key area for this system was to adhere to the industry specific compliance regulations. We were able to implement Microsoft Intune within this solution to control compliance policies specific to these regulations and make sure the solution met these compliance standards.

Adnovate Clinical are now an ongoing client of ACT Systems and can rely on our support services on a day-to-day basis. ​
