Odyssey needed a centralised system for managing email signatures to streamline updates and maintain uniformity across all users. Previously, managing signatures individually was time-consuming and led to inconsistencies.

Solution

Odyssey engaged with ACT Systems to find an efficient solution for their signature management needs, requiring centralised control, quick deployment and integration with their existing Microsoft 365 environment.

ACT Systems worked closely with the Odyssey team to design and implement the solution, gathering the required user data, creating and testing signatures, and deploying them across the organisation using Exclaimer and Microsoft Intune. The rollout was carefully managed to ensure consistency and minimal disruption, with ongoing support provided to resolve any issues and make updates as needed.

The centralised signature management system allowed Odyssey to achieve uniformity and professionalism in all email communications, while enabling quick and efficient updates across the organisation and reducing the administrative burden on individual users.
